SAP Solman/ChaRM Consultant - Open for Remote

Responsibilities

• Experience in Configuring and Supporting SAP Solution Manager Change Request Management (ChaRM).
• Experience in setting up and troubleshooting ChaRM functionality.
• Experience in setting up Solution documentation and process management in SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN).
• Experience in planning and execution of minor and major release cycles (Sustainment track and project track) in coordination with the release manager.
• Experience in testing and documentation related to new enhancements with ChaRM-related functionality.
• Configuring EWA alerts.
• Presenting to and interacting with business process owners in the ChaRM environment.
• Strong troubleshooting experience in ChaRM and retrofit-related problems and handling support activities.
• Experience with other SOLMAN components:
  Test Management, Remote Supportability, and Solution Manager Work Centres.
• End-to-end setup of Retrofit process and support for retrofit-related activities.
• Experience conducting trainings specific to ChaRM and Retrofit processes and guiding business process owners.
• Managing SAP Operations, System Landscape Information, Template Management, and Test Management support activities.
• Knowledge of Focus Insights and Focus Solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills for configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of the environment.
