Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations and foster team culture
• Coach and mentor team members for improved technical delivery
• Engage with stakeholders on project updates and risk management
• Provide technical direction for application design and architecture
• Maintain quality standards across the software development lifecycle
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 12+ years in IT with a software development focus
• 3-4 years experience in leadership roles
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript/Type Script technologies
• Familiarity with Agile practices and Azure cloud delivery
