We are actively looking for an Integration Lead for an 18-month contract to support our ERP (SAP S/4

HANA) implementation project. As the Integration Lead, your main duty will be to manage and supervise the development of integrations, covering both existing and new systems, with a particular emphasis on SAP integration. Your expertise will be crucial in guaranteeing seamless integration and efficient communication among diverse systems and platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate and oversee the development and implementation of integration solutions for both legacy and new systems, on‑premise or cloud based, including SAP, within the organization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and project managers to define integration requirements and objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems and identify integration opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and optimize SAP integration
  • Design and develop integration architectures, patterns, and frameworks to support the integration needs, with a strong focus on SAP integration
  • Ensure that integration solutions adhere to industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and address integration‑related challenges, ensuring seamless integration across different systems
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams involved in integration projects, specifically focusing on SAP integration
  • Manage integration projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and budget adherence, while ensuring successful completion
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in integration, particularly in the context of SAP integration, and leverage them to improve integration capabilities within the organization
  • Monitor integration performance, proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or bottlenecks that arise and ensure timely resolution to minimize disruptions
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years of integration experience, with some leadership exposure and a specific focus on SAP integration
  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies, frameworks, and protocols, such as REST, SOAP, ESB, ETL, messaging queues, and SAP integration tools (, SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration), Azure Integration Services
  • Hands‑on experience with integrating SAP systems with other applications, databases, and platforms
  • In‑depth understanding of legacy systems and the ability to integrate them with modern systems, including SAP
  • Familiarity with SAP modules and functional areas, such as SAP S/4

    HANA, SAC, SAP Success Factors, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP CRM, etc.
  • Solid understanding of industry‑specific standards and regulations, particularly in the context of SAP integration within the organization's industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex integration challenges
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure successful delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
