As a Principal in Infosys Consulting's Communications, Media, and Technology practice, you will provide strategic insights and solutions for telecom operations.
Your role will focus on areas such as intelligent customer engagement and business transformation. You must have a solid background in enterprise architecture and experience in shaping customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define technology transformation roadmaps across clients
• Lead large-scale consulting engagements focused on telecom
• Mentor team members during complex projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solutions
• Participate in governance meetings to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required
• 7+ years in the telecom industry, with 3 years in consulting
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
• Willingness to travel up to 4 days a week
• Familiarity with BSS/OSS solutions and eTOM processes
