This role focuses on guiding stakeholders through the complexities of Dynamics 365 FSCM modules. You will leverage over seven years of experience to craft scalable solutions and provide advanced application support at levels L2-L4. Your functional expertise in D365 modules will ensure high-quality outcomes and adherence to Microsoft standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional discussions around Dynamics 365 FSCM modules

• Drive solution design and integration optimizations

• Provide L2/L3/L4 application support and issue resolution

• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors

• Document designs and operational procedures

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM

• 5+ years in Application Managed Services model

• Expertise in D365 SCM modules like Inventory and Warehouse Management

• Strong solution architecture experience

• Available for Pacific Time Zone business hours
