Clio is seeking a Program Manager to elevate the digital customer experience. This role focuses on implementing impactful customer retention strategies through data analysis and automated workflows. You will collaborate with multiple teams to create effective programs that improve customer journeys, operational efficiency, and resource alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee digital journey execution and performance reporting
• Maintain program governance and detailed process documentation

Requirements:
• 2–4 years in digital customer success or program management
• Familiarity with Churn Zero, Totango, or similar platforms
