Elevate your career with Brunel as an Ariba Support Analyst in Calgary, Alberta. This hybrid role focuses on providing essential support for SAP Ariba while enhancing your procurement knowledge.
As an Analyst on a 12‑month assignment, you will support day‑to‑day Ariba functions for sourcing and Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) activities. Your engagement with Procurement, AP, and other teams will be crucial in diagnosing system issues and optimizing workflows for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and categorize requests in the shared support mailbox
- Provide in‑event support for sourcing processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve user access and profile issues
- Guide users through Source‑to‑Pay procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams on resolution strategies
- 1–3 years in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba support
- Knowledge of S2P processes and procurement technology
- Familiarity with Tier 1/Tier 2 support models
- Solid communication and documentation skills
