Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy and set up hardware and network components
• Manage Windows desktop and server environments
• Troubleshoot Level 1/2 technical issues for clients
• Ensure effective data backup and restoration processes
• Maintain detailed documentation for support incidents
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science
• Minimum 1 year of client-facing IT support experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
• Familiarity with network protocols like TCP/IP and DHCP
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
