Join the Trans Mountain team in Calgary as a Portfolio and Systems Analyst on a contract basis. Leverage your analytical skills to support key project structures and effective controls.
This full-time, in-office role requires experience in Business Administration or Finance, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will assist with portfolio systems, daily cost updates, and user access configurations, ensuring accurate data flow and project reporting efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily PIMS Cost updates and application tasks
• Assist in setting up project structures and WBS elements
• Aid D365 export activities and validation of files
• Provide documentation support for PMOC review processes
• Manage PIMS and O365 user access and troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in a relevant role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture
