As part of the R&D team, you will be instrumental in transforming research insights into practical software solutions. Your 5+ years of experience will guide user interviews and the design of intuitive workflows that meet the unique needs of drilling personnel. Engage in design critiques and advocate for user-centered approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead user research initiatives for product clarity
• Design intuitive workflows for field use
• Conduct usability tests and share insights
• Produce high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to navigate design contradictions
Requirements:
• 5+ years in UX Design & Research
• Relevant formal education in related field
• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License for field trips
• Possess a valid passport for travel needs
• Proficient in Figma for developing designs
