Key Responsibilities
Lead multi-disciplinary design teams with actionable guidance
Design interaction models and user flows directly
Establish explicit UX problem statements for team execution
Work collaboratively to integrate diverse perspectives into design
Facilitate workshops that drive team alignment
Requirements
5–7 years of UX or Product Design experience
3 or more years in a supervisory role
Strong communication and visual storytelling skills
Depth in interaction design and usability reasoning
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 A/AA)
