About The Team

Our Product Management team partners with global industry leaders to embed AI deeply into supply‑chain orchestration, unlocking meaningful outcomes for businesses, people, and the planet. We are building the next generation of AI‑powered capabilities—from predictive intelligence to agentic workflows—that redefine how decisions are made across complex, dynamic environments.

We are looking for a Director, Product Management – AI to define and drive the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our AI‑powered product portfolio. This role shapes how AI (machine learning, generative AI and emerging agentic systems) is embedded into our platform and applications to deliver differentiated, scalable customer value.

You will lead a team of Product Managers, partner deeply across engineering, cloud and GTM teams and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership—guiding investment decisions, product direction and go‑to‑market strategy for AI‑enabled offerings.

What You Will Do
  • Define and evolve the long‑term vision and strategy for AI‑powered products and capabilities aligned to business priorities and customer outcomes
  • Ensure strategic alignment across product teams, setting direction and partnering closely with executive leadership to meet organisational and customer objectives
  • Define how customers experience, adopt and derive value from AI capabilities across the platform and applications
  • Develop deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders and customers; gather insights to shape AI product direction and prioritise high‑impact opportunities
  • Partner cross‑functionally to build, deliver and scale AI‑powered products, ensuring successful development, launch and commercialisation
  • Define and track KPIs to measure AI product performance, model effectiveness and business impact; use insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Own and drive a multi‑horizon product roadmap across AI domains, including predictive models, generative AI and agentic workflows
  • Lead, mentor and scale a high‑performing team of AI Product Managers, strengthening product practices and execution rigor across the organisation
  • Identify and prioritise opportunities where AI can unlock meaningful differentiation, measurable impact and scalable value
  • Drive commercialisation strategy, including packaging, pricing and phased rollout of AI‑enabled products and features
  • Establish frameworks for responsible AI, including governance, risk mitigation (privacy, security, bias) and compliance
  • Engage directly with customers, partners and executives to validate product direction and ensure AI solutions solve real‑world challenges
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to continuously refine AI strategy and investment priorities
