Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and design scalable Genesys Cloud CX solutions
• Convert business requirements into high-performing designs
• Ensure comprehensive integration with existing technologies
• Lead and mentor teams in best practices
• Manage compliance with security and performance standards
Requirements:
• 7+ years in contact center technology
• Proven ability to scale cloud solutions
• In-depth knowledge of IVR and AI/ML applications
• Experience in CRM integrations like Salesforce
• Proficient in SIP infrastructure management
