This role encompasses the daily maintenance and functional support of the Net Suite platform, ensuring it aligns with business operations across multiple departments. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to understand their unique needs and implement effective solutions. You'll play a vital role in system training, user support, and operational diagnostics for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as point of contact for Net Suite-related queries
• Conduct user training and support for ERP systems
• Develop user-friendly functionalities and interfaces
• Analyze business requirements for system optimization
• Participate in release updates and compliance gathering
Requirements:
• Technical diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in similar ERP roles
• Understanding of business applications in manufacturing
• Strong communication to bridge IT and business needs
• Certification in Oracle Net Suite is advantageous
