Position: Agile Delivery Lead for AI Prototyping
Lead agile initiatives with a focus on generative AI as an Agile Delivery Lead (AI Prototyping) in Calgary, Alberta. Drive collaboration between data scientists and AI engineers to enhance outcomes.

In this one-year contract role, you'll utilize your deep Agile mastery and technical understanding of data ecosystems to champion a high-performing AI prototyping team. As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will facilitate sprint activities, manage AI-focused backlogs, and mentor team members to foster continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with broader product goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Manage AI backlogs and eliminate impediments

• Track Agile metrics for executive stakeholders

• Coach teams on predictability and self-organization

• Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 8-10 years as an Agile Delivery Lead or Scrum Master

• Experience in technical delivery in regulated sectors

• Proven ability to work independently and mentor others

• Strong technical acumen in data-heavy projects

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
