Finning Canada seeks a Salesforce Platform Administrator to manage their Tier 3/4 support needs. In this role, you'll be responsible for platform administration, configuration, and automation, ensuring the environment runs smoothly. Your work will focus on applying targeted enhancements and building scalable solutions to drive smarter, AI-enabled support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage users, roles, and security models
• Configure custom objects and Lightning pages
• Design and optimize advanced Flows and automation
• Troubleshoot production incidents and data issues
• Collaborate with teams to enhance processes
Requirements:
• 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Expertise in Salesforce Flow and configuration
• Hands-on experience with Apex and SOQL
• Exposure to Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong communication skills in training stakeholders
