We are looking for a Senior Manager, Search Experience to own our organic discovery strategy. This role will drive marketing qualified leads and hand raises by optimizing how our brand appears in Google’s Search Generative Experience (SGE), generative AI tools (such as Perplexity and ChatGPT), and traditional SEO.

• Omni-Channel Search Strategy:
  Develop overarching strategy for SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to achieve brand dominance in discovery.
• Cross-Functional Accountability:
  Lead a cross‑functional search squad of content, technical, and product stakeholders, owning outcomes such as rankings, citations, and organic conversions.
• AEO & GEO Innovation:
  Define large‑language‑model‑oriented optimizations, including structured data strategy, citation management, and brand‑authority signals prioritized by AI engines.
• Performance Forecasting:
  Partner with the Director of Marketing Strategy & Enablement to forecast organic growth and track progress against lead and revenue goals, reporting to executive leadership.
• Big Bold Bets:
  Identify high‑leverage opportunities (e.g., site architecture changes, AI‑driven content hubs, or technical Schema overhauls) that move the needle beyond incremental gains.

• Director of Marketing Strategy & Enablement:
  Align search goals with broader business objectives and market positioning.
• SEO Content Team:
  Review content plans to ensure they meet technical requirements for AEO/GEO and align with the search roadmap.
• Technical Teams:
  Translate SEO/GEO requirements into site needs, collaborating with the website team to implement solutions.

• 10+ years of high‑level experience in SEO and digital strategy.
• Cross‑functional leadership:
  Expert at influencing stakeholders, documenting clearly, and establishing shared goals.
• Target‑motivated:
  Obsessed with meeting and exceeding performance targets.
• Data‑driven:
  Mastery of SEO tech stack (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console) with strong analytical skills.
• Technical literacy:
  Deep understanding of how AI is evolving SEO and its implications.

Competitive, equitable salary with a range of $146,200 to $219,400 USD, supplemented by local currency bands.
