  • Design and deliver modern workplace solutions that balance Copilot enablement, automation, governance, and security.
  • Support Microsoft Copilot readiness, rollout, and adoption, including identifying high‑value use cases and guiding responsible AI usage.
  • Lead Copilot readiness assessments, including identity hardening, data oversharing analysis, OAuth app risk review, and security posture validation.
  • Validate and remediate prerequisites across Entra , Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview to ensure Copilot inherits a secure and governed environment.
  • Execute Copilot pilot programs, including user selection, license assignment, success criteria definition, and go/no‑go decisioning.
  • Implement workflow and process improvements using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Advise clients on governance, compliance, and security considerations (e.g., Microsoft Purview, identity, data protection) in AI‑enabled environments.
  • Apply modern work platform expertise across SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive to design secure collaboration models.
  • Validate Copilot behavior through real‑world prompt testing, “should‑not‑see” scenarios, and audit log analysis.
  • Deliver training, enablement sessions, and hands‑on support to help users confidently adopt modern work and AI solutions.
  • Develop role‑based Copilot training materials, prompt frameworks, and pilot feedback loops that translate AI capability into measurable productivity gains.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure high‑quality, end‑to‑end client outcomes.
  • Contribute to repeatable Copilot rollout frameworks, readiness playbooks, and defensible client deliverables aligned to Microsoft guidance.
Qualifications And Experience

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, with exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI productivity tools, or AI enablement initiatives.
  • Practical understanding of how AI, automation, and modern collaboration tools improve business workflows.
  • Hands‑on experience preparing Microsoft 365 tenants for Copilot, including security hardening, governance configuration, and readiness validation.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of modern work workloads (SharePoint, Teams, One Drive), including permissions, sharing patterns, and information architecture.
  • Experience supporting or advising on governance, compliance, and security within Microsoft 365 environments.
