Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SFTP, FTP, and HTTPS protocols

• Support Globalscape EFT environments and manage incidents

• Execute encryption and permission setups for security

• Monitor ticket resolution with minimal escalations

• Participate in on-call support for critical incidents

Requirements:

• Strong foundation in Globalscape EFT and MFT operations

• Deep understanding of SSL configurations

• Skilled in scripting with Unix and Power Shell

• Proven track record in troubleshooting complex issues
