Change Management Manager – Transformation Program
Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
12-Month Contract (Extension & Conversion Possible)
$41/hour + 4% vacation pay
About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Change Management Manager to support a high-impact business transformation program. This role will focus on driving adoption, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring seamless end-to-end user experiences across the organization.
You’ll work closely with business leaders, delivery teams, and end users to ensure changes are successfully embedded and deliver measurable results. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, execution, and people change.
Key Responsibilities Change & Transformation Leadership- Lead end-to-end change management across a large transformation initiative
- Develop and execute strategies for communications, training, and adoption
- Assess change impacts across business units, operations, and leadership
- Proactively identify risks and design mitigation plans
- Partner with project and program teams to embed change activities into delivery plans
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and readiness
- Support governance forums with transparent, data-driven updates
- Ensure alignment between business goals and delivery outcomes
- Champion a front-to-back user experience across processes and teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, UX, technology)
- Translate complex changes into clear, user-friendly communications and materials
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, decision-making sessions, and leadership forums
- Influence without authority and drive alignment across teams
- Define and track success metrics (adoption, engagement, value realization)
- Gather feedback and continuously refine change strategies
- Support sustainable adoption post-implementation
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven experience in change management and/or project management
- Experience delivering large-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management across business and leadership levels
- Ability to operate across both strategic planning and hands‑on execution
- Experience in consulting, advisory, or transformation environments is an asset
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Ability to translate complex changes into clear, actionable insights
- Work on a high-visibility transformation program
- Gain exposure to end-to-end business operations
- Build expertise in change leadership and transformation delivery
- Collaborative, fast-paced environment
This is a business-focused role — candidates with primarily technical (coding/programming) backgrounds will not be considered.
