Key Responsibilities- Lead multi-disciplinary design teams with actionable guidance
- Design interaction models and user flows directly
- Establish explicit UX problem statements for team execution
- Work collaboratively to integrate diverse perspectives into design
- Facilitate workshops that drive team alignment
- 5–7 years of UX or Product Design experience
- 3 or more years in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and visual storytelling skills
- Depth in interaction design and usability reasoning
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 A/AA)
