Requirements:
• 10+ years in CRM or case management roles
• 5 years with Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• 3 years in technical leadership positions
• Experience in Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, Visual Studio
• Willingness to travel up to 20% across Canada
