In this strategic leadership role, you will support Dentons’ practice groups in achieving their objectives. Your focus will be on operational challenges, innovative solutions, and optimizing legal workflows through collaboration with clients and legal teams. This pivotal position directly reports to the Firm’s Chief Transformation Officer and drives the transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with practice groups to understand strategic goals
• Collaborate with clients to design innovative legal solutions
• Assess and implement technology-driven legal workflows
• Act as a liaison between practice and technology teams
• Oversee adoption of tools supporting seamless legal delivery
Requirements:
• J.D. or LL.B. required
• Minimum ten years in legal services environment
• Proven experience in legal technology solutions
• Strong understanding of project and change management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
