Take the lead in platform automation at Synechron as a Release Engineering Specialist. Your focus will be on migrating RHEL environments while enhancing security and driving CI/CD initiatives.
As part of our innovative team, you will spearhead the technical transition of applications from RHEL 7 to RHEL
9. This role will require your strong background in automation, containerization, and vulnerability management to ensure secure and efficient operations. You'll work collaboratively to enhance compliance and drive modern infrastructure best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and deploy RPM packages for RHEL 9
• Refactor container workflows for improved efficiency
• Develop Jenkins pipelines using Groovy
• Review and remediate vulnerabilities for compliance
• Maintain secure software supply chains across deployments
Requirements:
• More than 3 years in RHEL environments
• Proficient in Python for scripting and automation
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
• Familiarity with creating build systems and CI pipelines
• Proven track record in vulnerability remediation
