This position demands an experienced consultant with expertise in business process analysis and Service Now, specifically ITAM. Over 5-7 years in similar roles, you’ll engage with various stakeholders to streamline operations through workshops, documentation, and process optimization.

Your role will ensure alignment of business outcomes with established methodologies while supporting junior associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business process discovery and validation workshops

• Design optimized workflows based on current process analysis

• Identify opportunities for standardization and automation

• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the engagement

• Mentor Business Analysts and junior consultants
Requirements:

• 5-7 years of functional consulting experience

• Required Service Now ITAM hands-on experience

• Service Now CSA and CIS-SAM certified

• Strong analytical and documentation skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced delivery environment
