Join Trans Mountain as a Project Governance Expert, focusing on enhancing governance frameworks in Calgary, Alberta. This senior role involves facilitating collaboration and improving project delivery efficiency.
In this position, you will serve as a crucial link between Project Leaders, engineers, and project teams to ensure compliance and effectiveness in project governance. Your extensive background of over 10 years in supporting Sustaining Capital portfolios will help shape best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to enhance the organization's project governance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and report on governance KPIs for tracking purposes
• Update project management standards and guidance documents
• Act as an SME for Sustaining Capital governance
• Drive integration of feedback and lessons learned
• Ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and corporate requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree;
Master's or PMP preferred
• Experience in operations-adjacent projects or capital delivery
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Track record of delivering quality work
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
