Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Rate: $65/hr Inc.

Hands‑on Developer Analyst supporting the Application enhancements + integration backlog for the development, automation, and integration of enterprise legal applications across document management, billing, and internal business systems.

• Design, develop, and enhance internal applications (Power Platform, .NET)
• Build and maintain integrations across:
  • iManage / SharePoint / document systems
  • Billing platforms (Intapp, Elite)
• Develop workflow automation (Power Automate, scripting)
• Support data flows, reporting, and backend processing (SQL / Fabric)
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance
• Collaborate with legal, KM, and business stakeholders
• Contribute to API‑based integrations and system interoperability

• 5–8+ years of application development experience with Microsoft stack:
  • Power Apps / Power Automate
  • Azure (App Services, Functions, integrations)
  • Legal tech experience (iManage, Intapp, Litera)
• Microsoft Fabric / data platform exposure
• Advanced SQL (queries, data modeling, troubleshooting)
• API integration experience
• Scripting (Power Shell or similar)
• Experience in enterprise / regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder communication (non‑technical users, lawyers)
• Document automation / workflow tooling experience
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (PIPEDA, GDPR)
• Financial services or legal industry background
