Raise is seeking a skilled Senior OCM Specialist for an 8-month contract. This position is ideal for a candidate with extensive experience in enterprise technology rollouts. You'll be responsible for driving stakeholder readiness and user adoption while acting as the internal change management lead, working closely with various teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop change management and communication plans
• Coordinate with MSP and VMS change leads for execution
• Drive stakeholder engagement and user adoption metrics
• Support go-live readiness and post-launch activities
Requirements:
• 5 years of change management experience in tech rollouts
• Hands-on experience with Vendor Management Systems
• Proven track record in leading change initiatives
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree and certifications preferred
