The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) is on the lookout for a talented Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join the Infrastructure Critical Services team. This role demands in-depth knowledge in managing operational processes, incident response, and enhancing system reliability. Work with cutting-edge technologies to support our Market Trade Reporting Systems and contribute to the integrity of Canada’s capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support for CIRO’s surveillance systems

• Monitor system health using observability tools

• Manage daily operational processes and incidents

• Optimize data pipelines and FIX protocol

• Lead root cause analysis and incident resolutions
Requirements:

• 5+ years in finance infrastructure support

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies

• Experience in Linux and Windows environments

• Familiarity with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes

• Understanding of financial protocols like FIX
