Nutrien is searching for a mid-senior level Service Delivery Manager to oversee enterprise service desk functions. You will translate strategic objectives into operational plans, manage service performance, and promote continuous improvement in line with business needs. This role specifically requires expertise in ITIL practices and a robust background in service integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate strategic business goals into measurable service outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service desks
• Ensure reliable service delivery through effective issue management
• Analyze performance data to enhance accountability and stability
• Apply ITIL principles for incident and request management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• Minimum 10 years in service desk or operations leadership
• Strong grasp of vendor governance and performance management
• Proven ITIL knowledge in service management best practices
• Familiarity with Service Now and multi-provider delivery models
