Lead the CMDB and ITOM initiatives at a prominent company in Calgary, AB. This role focuses on building robust Service Now architectures, leveraging your extensive expertise.

We are looking for a Service Now CMDB & ITOM Lead Architect with 6 to 8 years of experience to design and operationalize CMDB and ITOM capabilities. You will be responsible for defining strategies, leading implementations, and ensuring the governance of a sustainable CMDB setting. Your hands‑on expertise in CMDB and ITOM will play a critical role in the organization’s Service Now platform enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

Define target architecture for CMDB and ITOM
Establish a governing CMDB operating model
Design and implement the CMDB from the ground up
Configure CI classes and relationships
Implement ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping

Requirements

8+ years of Service Now platform experience
Strong hands‑on expertise in CMDB and ITOM
Proven greenfield implementations experience
Knowledge of servers, networks, storage, and EUC
Service Now Certified System Administrator preferred
