Elevate operational performance at West Jet as a Senior Manager of Operations Performance Analytics. Responsibilities- Develop operational scorecards and dashboards for performance visibility
- Present insights to senior leaders and executives monthly
- Analyze operational disruptions and diagnose service failures
- Lead strategic analysis for enhanced network construction
- Build and manage a high-performing analytics team
- 8‑12+ years in analytics or operational performance roles
- Proven experience leading analytics teams
- Expertise in performance reporting frameworks
- Solid skills in SQL, Python, or similar tools
- Familiarity with airline operational systems is desirable
