Join Richardson Wealth as the iAWIS Project Leader, focusing on the Transitions Project. This contract role demands strategic leadership and strong support for advisors in a vibrant environment.
In this position, you will be responsible for guiding the Transitions Project, from execution to stakeholder communication. Collaborating with various teams, you will champion the iAWIS strategy while ensuring a seamless transition experience for advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end execution of the transition strategy
• Collaborate with PPI, Legal, and Compliance teams
• Support advisors with documentation requirements efficiently
• Maintain key documents for accuracy and relevance
• Monitor inquiries from advisors, providing timely support
Requirements:
• Experience in wealth operations or insurance roles
• Excellent communication abilities
• Strong interest in the financial services sector
• Strong French language skills are advantageous
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
