E-Invoicing Support Analyst

The E-Invoicing Support Analyst will be a full-time, Calgary-based role reporting to the Manager of Finance Systems and Data, serving as the main point of contact for support related to the organization’s e-invoicing platforms, including Open Invoice, Open Ticket, and Open Contract Pricebook. The position involves supporting the Phase II rollout of Open Contract Pricebook by preparing new pricebooks from approved bids, training business teams, and transitioning ongoing maintenance to them.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Act as the main support contact for e-invoicing platforms.

Support Phase II rollout of Open Contract Pricebook.

Conduct regular sessions with field and office staff to provide training and resolve issues.

Identify and implement process and system improvements.

Manage releases, including testing, training, and communication of updates.

Collaborate with ITS on system integrations to improve workflow efficiency.

Stay current on platform updates and recommend enhancements to support business growth.

Your strengths include:

Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent) required

5+ years’ experience with Enverus e-invoicing platforms

Skilled in functional analysis, testing, and UAT support

Positive, proactive problem-solver

Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills

Able to work independently in fast-paced environments

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Adaptable in dynamic, evolving environments
