Value Realization Analyst

As a Senior Analyst at Nutrien, you will own the Value Realization operating rhythm, focusing on Network Optimization and Decision Support Centre (DSC). This role emphasizes leadership in measurement design and metrics alignment while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity in reporting. Your contribution will enhance decision-making across the organization and promote sustained excellence in performance.

• Manage VR pipeline tracking and stakeholder reporting
• Develop Power BI dashboards for leadership decision-making
• Lead agile analytics delivery including sprint planning
• Ensure reporting integrity via governance practices
• Provide advanced analytical support for leadership requests

• University degree in Analytics, Business, or related field
• 6-8 years of experience in analytics/reporting
• Proven experience in value realization techniques
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint management
