Lead Agile practices in AI at our Calgary office, embracing a hybrid work model. Facilitate key Scrum events and enhance collaboration in a dynamic AI team.
This Scrum Master role is tailored for professionals with extensive Agile-Scrum experience, specifically within AI or data engineering. You will work closely with a Product Owner to drive effective sprint planning and facilitate reviews, ensuring adoption of best practices. Your expertise in managing backlogs and mitigating delivery risks will be essential for maintaining project momentum.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
• Manage and prioritize AI-focused backlogs
• Remove impediments and mitigate delivery risks
• Track and report Agile metrics for stakeholders
• Coach team members on continuous improvement
Requirements:
• 8–10 years of Agile-Scrum experience
• Proven experience leading AI or ML teams
• Ability to lead in rapid experimentation models
• Complete work authorization in Canada
• Experience in a traditionally non-agile environment
