As part of the Research and Evaluation Team, you’ll be responsible for managing the Luna database, providing insights, and conducting evaluation activities.

Your role is vital in facilitating cross-sectoral data management and collaborating effectively with teams. This is a pivotal opportunity to enhance data capacity across Luna while working towards a common mission of child and youth safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve cross-sectoral relational databases

• Develop and monitor data governance policies collaboratively

• Co-design data collection protocols with various partners

• Create impactful reports and visualizations for decision making

• Analyze data and support evaluation approaches

Requirements:

• Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Minimum two years of relevant experience required

• Proficient in advanced Excel functions and Microsoft 365

• Familiar with SQL and Power BI Dashboards

• Strong communication skills for technical translation
