As a Senior Systems Developer, your role will focus on transitioning from legacy platforms to SharePoint Online over an 18-month term. Working under the Manager of Enterprise Information, Data, and AI, you will ensure that migration processes adhere to compliance and governance standards while maintaining business continuity. Your technical guidance will be vital for successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead migration projects from Open Text and eDOCs to Share Point

• Design SharePoint architecture, metadata models, and document libraries

• Implement Microsoft governance and security best practices

• Enhance SharePoint solutions using Microsoft Power Platform

• Mentor team members on SharePoint and ECM strategies
Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or information systems

• Minimum 10 years’ experience with SharePoint technologies

• Expertise in ECM concepts such as taxonomy and retention

• Advanced skills in Power Apps and automation

• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills
