Clio, the leader in legal AI technology, is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Product Led Growth team. This role focuses on enhancing onboarding and activation experiences to ensure customers maximize the value of Clio products. You’ll work on in-product guidance, activation flows, and internal tools, leveraging insights to create effective customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design end-to-end onboarding experiences across Clio products
• Map customer journey from initial setup to habit formation
• Create in-product guides like checklists and progress indicators
• Analyze cohort metrics and design for specific customer segments
• Develop internal tools for onboarding and data migration teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years in product design, preferably in SaaS or B2B
• Proven experience in designing onboarding or activation experiences
• Proficient in Figma and user research methodologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work with funnel data and metrics
