Transform insights into action as an Operational Intelligence & Performance Analyst at West Jet's Contact Centre. Collaborate in-person up to five days a week to drive proactive decision-making.
This role is essential in evolving West Jet's operating model. You will synthesize insights from performance, quality, and workforce metrics, enabling timely decision support for leaders. By identifying performance gaps and trends, you will enhance operational effectiveness across the Contact Centre and support strategic improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for leaders
• Provide performance context and driver analysis for decision-making
• Deliver concise insight summaries for leadership focus
• Proactively identify gaps and recovery opportunities
• Partner with teams to connect insights across services
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar
• 3+ years in an analytical role for decision support
• Strong experience with Power BI dashboard creation
• Advanced proficiency in SQL as a must
• Experience with data warehousing or ETL frameworks
