Dasro is hiring a Senior Scrum Master for a 12-month term with its client in the utilities and energy sector. You will facilitate key Agile ceremonies, manage AI-related backlogs, and drive the adoption of Agile within a 4-person AI POD. Your expertise will be essential in supporting cross-functional teams in data engineering, ML development, and data science, all while ensuring alignment with broader product goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Partner with Product Owner to manage AI-focused backlogs

• Remove impediments and mitigate delivery risks

• Track and report agile metrics for executive stakeholders

• Coach team members on continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of Agile-Scrum experience

• Proven leadership in AI or ML team environments

• Experience with rapid experimentation models

• Complete work authorization in Canada

• Ability to translate complex AI tasks for stakeholders
