As an IT Business Analyst at PPI, you will play a vital role in the implementation of small to mid-sized IT projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate IT project efforts and manage stakeholder communication
• Gather and analyze KPIs, ensuring accuracy in reporting
• Document audit notes and responses effectively
• Support user acceptance testing for new technologies
• Administer training sessions for technology rollout
Requirements:
• 2-4 years' experience in a similar IT role
• Strong ability to translate technical requirements accurately
• Analytical experience with multi-source data sets
• Proficient in project management methodologies and MS Office
• Quick adaptability to new technologies, including AI
