Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted advisor in operational requirements
• Deliver L2/L3/L4 support and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore resources
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Document functional designs and architectures
Requirements:
• 7+ years with Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM
• Proven AMS or post-go-live support experience
• Functional expertise in modules like Transportation and Procurement
• Experience in solution architecture
• Availability for Pacific Time Zone hours
