Axiom Technologies seeks a capable Desktop Support Engineer in Calgary, Alberta. Provide on-site assistance and coordinate IT support services to enhance end-user experiences effectively.
In this part-time independent contractor role, you will manage service requests and provide first and second-level support while prioritizing tasks. Your mission will include resolving desktop issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and updating service repositories in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch service requests while ensuring timely support
• Maintain effective communication with users
• Resolve routine and complex desktop issues
• Escalate technical issues when necessary
• Conduct hardware installations and troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support
• A+ certification and Cisco or Microsoft certification
• Proficiency in Windows 10 & 11 and Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules
