IT Infrastructure Analyst - Networking Focus

Be a part of Graham's mission as an IT Infrastructure Analyst with a strong focus on networking and firewalls. This role is full-time based in Calgary.

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Lead, you will ensure seamless network operations and play an essential role in the design and management of enterprise services. Key activities include cloud networking administration and supporting critical IT functions during office relocations and M&A projects. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing our IT capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot L2/L3 routing and switching configurations

• Administer cloud networks, utilizing AWS and Azure platforms

• Secure firewalls, overseeing policies and SD-WAN operations

• Optimize Aruba wireless systems for access control

• Execute essential onsite projects related to networking

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in networking support

• Solid skills in Power Shell scripting and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with firewalls and networking technologies

• Comprehensive understanding of LAN/WAN and enterprise protocols
