Use your Learning Management system (LMS) skills to build valuable learning experiences for our team at Canadian Pacific Kansas City. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, and Training Compliance. You will help drive data-driven decision-making and ensure the successful implementation of our training programs.
Position Accountabilities- Coordinate the technical and functional day-to-day operational aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Create and maintain LMS curriculums, assignment profiles, course items, and other functional aspects of an LMS.
- Prepare LMS reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing the LMS Admin shared mailbox, directing a wide variety of queries to the appropriate responsible parties, troubleshooting, and responding to inquiries
- Liaise between the Business and the LMS team when testing, troubleshooting, and creating LMS content (e.g. Courses, Exams, etc.)
- Related university diploma or degree in Adult Education, Design, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (Success Factors, Brightspace, Totara, Moodle, etc.)
- Proven experience in learning & development practices, foundations, and principles
- Knowledge of eLearning content management (SCORM 1.2 compliant authoring and deployment systems)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication, computer and interpersonal skills.
