Elevate your IT career with the Alberta Electric System Operator as a Technical Support Analyst. This full-time role supports application, technical issues, and incident management in a hybrid work environment.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will report to the Manager of IT Service Operations and play a vital role in the Restructured Energy Market program. Your key responsibilities will include managing incidents and service requests, providing technical support for hardware and software, and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams. Excellent customer service and effective communication skills are crucial as you assist users with diverse IT needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incidents and service requests to meet SLAs
• Provide technical support for software and hardware issues
• Set up and deploy hardware in a hybrid environment
• Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
• Deliver on-site support for end-user equipment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Service Desk Analyst role
• Experience in desktop packaging and application deployment
• Familiarity with Office 365, Intune, and SCCM
• Valid driver’s license for on-site support
