Access Management Services Administrator

Become an integral part of the Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO) as an Access Management Services Administrator in Calgary. This role requires expertise in identity and access management tools in a hybrid work environment.

As an Access Management Services Administrator at AESO, you will report directly to the Manager of Security, providing essential support for configuring and maintaining Access Management tools like SailPoint Identity IQ and Cyber Ark PAM. With over five years of IT experience, your role includes monitoring performance, troubleshooting errors, and assisting with the design of test cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SailPoint Identity IQ and Cyber Ark PAM tools

• Monitor solution performance and resolve incidents promptly

• Create comprehensive documentation for AM technologies

• Support end-user communication and educational initiatives

• Analyze existing systems for potential improvements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology

• 5+ years in IT support environments

• 2+ years in identity and access management

• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory

• Scripting knowledge in Power Shell or Java Script
