As a seasoned Technical Project Manager, you will lead a project team in delivering solutions to clients using sound business measurements and terms. You will leverage your expertise in IT concepts, business acumen, and project management methodologies to drive project success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage Project Scope and Deliverables:
  Lead the project team in delivering solutions according to the project charter, project agreement, or contract, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with Project Resources:
  Establish effective communication plans with the project team, stakeholders, and clients, and manage collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Run Daily Standup Meetings:
  Conduct daily standup meetings with the project team to track progress and follow up on sprint deliverables.
• Provide Project Status Updates:
  Regularly update clients on project status, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Apply Project Management Methodologies:
  Utilize Agile/SCRUM/Lean/Kanban/Design Thinking methodologies to plan, allocate resources, track progress, and manage risks and issues.

Bachelor’s Degree

• High-Level IT Understanding:
  Deep expertise in IT concepts such as open source, cloud computing, server, storage, and networking, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a project management context.
• Broad Business Expertise:
  Experience with TLS-wide business operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of business measurements and terms and conditions for projects.
• Project Management Certification:
  Possession of PMI/PMP/Prince2 certification, with knowledge of Agile/SCRUM/Lean/Kanban/Design Thinking methodologies and their application in project management.
• Project Delivery
  
  Experience:
  
  Experience in managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables for projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Risk and Issue Management:
  Deep expertise in applying techniques for planning, resource allocation, tracking, change control, financial and technical risk, and issue management in a project management context.

• Agile Methodology Knowledge:
  Experience with Agile/SCRUM/Lean/Kanban/Design Thinking methodologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a project management context to drive project success and deliver solutions to clients.
• IT Service Management:
  Deep understanding of IT service management principles and practices, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to manage scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables for projects.
• Cloud Computing Expertise:
  Experience with cloud computing concepts, including deployment models and service models, with the ability to apply this knowledge to manage project resources and ensure successful project delivery.
