Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives effectively

• Partner with Product Owner to prioritize AI backlogs

• Report Agile metrics and sprint progress concisely

• Coach team members to promote self-organization

• Ensure collaboration across diverse teams and platforms
Requirements:

• 8-10 years in Agile Delivery Lead or Scrum Master roles

• Familiarity with digital initiatives in regulated environments

• Strong track record of independent outcome delivery

• Technical knowledge specific to AI and data life cycles

• Exceptional facilitation and relationship management skills
